There are good prices in the property. Hotel is nice and location is marvellous and good. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and smoke detectors. The price is just right - US$ 276. Staff is super-friendly and absolutely kind and you can park your car on-site...

The TV situation is frankly frustrating. None of them are smart TVs, and with limited channels, it just feels outdated. There was an issue with hot water in the shower, especially on the first night. Weirdly enough, someone barged into my room unexpectedly, which definitely was like a privacy invasion. Lastly, the parking situation isn't guaranteed.

Loved the a double room and the way it was setup. The staff were good and amiable and the location was good in the middle of jackson. Also, it was 1 mile from Meireles Beach.

The views from the Queen Room with Sea View were amazing! I loved waking up to the ocean. The WiFi worked perfectly for my online work, a huge plus. The rooftop pool had fantastic views and was a great spot to relax after a long day. I faced a significant inconvenience when someone unexpectedly entered my room while I was working. The layout of the room with the large bedroom combined with the small bathroom felt odd. The TV was outdated with no smart features and limited channels. I expected more from the shower. The hot water was inconsistent. I had a minor issue with room service when there was a mix-up with my order that took longer than it should have. Despite these setbacks, the atmosphere and decor were charming, and some staff members were genuinely nice.

Had a comfy stay with a clean room and awesome water pressure in the shower, which is rare! I loved chilling by the small pool with a view and relaxing on the sun terrace. If you don't mind that the TV isn't smart, you'll be just fine. 🌞

The rooftop pool was a hit, and we loved the views. The concierge helped us explore nearby attractions, and the free WiFi made sharing our adventures easy. The breakfast spread was good. Don't miss the café across the street for a cozy hangout!
One minor bump was a mix-up with room service. Ordering took longer than expected, and the staff misidentified our room number, a bit frustrating.
